MCSE was established by Mickey Chan, S.E., P.E., who had more than 13
years in both design and construction field. MCSE and its design team had
participated in a lot of large scale and prestigious projects including High-rise
and Convention & Exhibition Center. MCSE never over-design nor
under-design a structure.
